Members of the public wishing to be heard on a Consent Agenda Item before Council must submit a written request to speak to the City Clerk's Office. Requests must be submitted by 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting. During the Agenda Review meeting, you may speak once and address all your remarks regarding Items A-L and Items 4-6 (CRA/NID/OPEB).
